Delivery Timelines
Greeting cards and books
All greeting card and book orders are packaged with love and care here in the studio. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. 
Artwork Prints
Artworks are all printed on demand, and will be dispatched directly from our lovely printer within 7 business days of placing your order.
Postage within Australia

We use Australia Post, and standard shipping to any address within Australia is free. Always!
Please allow a period of 5 to 7 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 7 to 10 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia. Please also allow an extra business day if a public holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
If you require your products to be delivered urgently, please email us before placing your order and we will do our best to help you.
International Shipping
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery to International addresses. Please also allow an extra business day if a public holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. 
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch. Any import duties and taxes imposed are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so please contact your local customs office for information and advice.
We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. 
Delayed Delivery

We'll be sure to let you know if there are any anticipated delays to delivery of your order. 
My delivery still hasn’t arrived!

If you have waited longer than the anticipated delivery timelines listed above, please contact us straight away. We will follow this up with Australia Post and ensure your order is happily on its way to you.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
Can I have my order delivered as a gift to a different address?

Of course! Simply specify that your order is a gift in the ‘add special instructions’ area on the ‘my shopping cart’ summary page. Add your own customer contact details in the billing area, but use the gift recipient’s name and address in the shipping area at checkout. We will happily gift wrap your order beautifully at no extra charge and send this to the recipient, and we will send through the receipt for proof of purchase to you.

Please choose carefully, we want you to absolutely love what you order but do not do not accept returns unless you receive goods that have been damaged in transit or are faulty. 
If your goods arrive damaged, please email us at straight away, providing us with your invoice number and a description of the damage.
Please do not return any items before making contact with us.
In the event that you receive a faulty product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Payment can be made through Paypal with Visa, Mastercard or directly from your Paypal balance.  For Australian shoppers, payment can also be made via Bank Deposit. Account details will be displayed on screen after your order is complete. Payment made through Paypal will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout. Payment via Bank Deposit must be manually done after your purchase. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Emma Kate Creative will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
Once your order has been placed and payment cleared, Emma Kate Creative will action the order. We will email you a shipment notification once your order has been dispatched.
All items listed are priced in Australian Dollars. If you are shopping from a country that uses a different currency, please use the currency calculator while browsing product pages by clicking on ‘Calculate the price in your currency’.  Paypal will automatically convert pricing to your home currency once you have passed through to checkout.
